[column class=”column1″]I Founded VLM Fitness back in 2012. I have always been passionate to participate and learn about health and fitness. This stemmed from my love of basketball, both playing and coaching for 13 years. I am a level 2 Basketball Coach and I love to use the principles of the game to develop my clients biomechanics and work towards their goals. I came into the fitness industry from Lecturing in Further Education, I achieved my QTLS (Qualified Teaching and Learning Status) and the skills I developed in doing so are interchangeable and invaluable. I have since Founded Tabata in the Park Ltd and currently studying for my Level 4 Obesity and Diabetes qualification. I genuinelly love motivating my clients and pushing them to achieve beyond their expectations. [/column][column class=”column2″]

[column class=”column1″]For as long as I have known Fraser (15 years) he has always been into health and fitness, he would be found pumping iron in the gym, hurtling down hills off road biking or wading through mud in the Brutal 10 trail run challenge. He also worked in Weight Loss summer camps in America during his University summer breaks. Fraser specialises in Strength and Conditioning, Weight Loss, Postural Correction and Nutrition. He is encouraging, supportive, positive and very knowledgable.
